Hotel Lyret - Chamonix

The location is fantastic, with a short walk to the pedestrian center and fine views of the river. The room I stayed in was a Superior Double Room with a balcony with amazing views of Mont Blanc. The staff were cute and accommodating. The lounge and dining areas were spacious, and the breakfast setup looked appealing.

We booked this hotel instead of others in Chamonix as it claimed to had a pool - however after checking in we found out that the pool was not open even though it was mid-July and the staff claimed rudely it should be obvious that the pool would not be open that time of the year. The size of the pool was not impressive... Otherwise the hotel was fine.

Modern friendly family run hotel with gorgeous views of the mountain ranges around Chamonix. Excellent location, next to Chamonix Casino. Attractive room with nice bathroom and very comfy beds. Courteous staff, fantasticservices, including a great selection of appetising delicacies.

Loved the cozy vibe and the staff were very good too accommodate me, even with an early check-in. The breakfast spread was great, especially the variety of breads and cheese. The views of the river were a nice touch too 😊

Best possible location in the center of town in a relaxing area. Great breakfast with good choice of hot/cold dishes.

Amazing views of Mont Blanc from certain rooms.

The hotel room was not ready at check-in time, frustrating. It took an excessively long time for the shower to warm up, impacting my comfort after a day of hiking. The staff seemed uninterested when I mentioned the Wi-Fi issues on the fourth floor, difficult to keep in touch with family.

The view from our room to Mount Blanc was gorgeous! The breakfast was very good and included. Rooms modern and comfortable, clean and bathrooms were updated.

The room was small and had twin beds pushed together.

I had a lovely stay with a nice breakfast with a great selection of breads and cheeses. The hotel provided a convenient luggage storage area until my pickup. The spa area was fantastic with a sauna and a cozy sun terrace to unwind. Just a heads up, the shower could have used a bit more privacy, but overall I was really pleased 😊

We had an extremely warm welcome. The room, although small, was quite well appointed and all of the bathroom fittings were very up to date and worked well

Great location and view from the room. Nice common areas and fireplace on ground floor.

Rooms are small which is especially tricky during a skiing holiday with all the extra stuff. They are also partially re-decorated which makes a funny impression of something being wrong with the room, though everything functions well and is place.

The coffee machine in the breakfast area had a great variety, a nice surprise. Make sure to bring earplugs if you're sensitive to noise from the street.

Very nice location with view of Mt Blanc from balcony. Comfortable and clean. Fully renovated bathroom was a winner. Small, but its'all you need when you're only there for a couple nights.

There was no fan in the bathroom, which causes the humidity to stay inside the room.

good breakfast with bacon and scrambled eggs, as example, welcoming personnel. fantastic service, a great restaurant on site.
